About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales &

- Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals passionate about sourcing talent, conducting market research, and supporting outbound growth initiatives within the healthcare staffing industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting both recruitment delivery and business development efforts across North America.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing qualified healthcare professionals, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting sales activities to expand our client base. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in healthcare recruitment and sales, working closely with a team committed to excellence and growth.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or sales support. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and internet research is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,



are required to effectively engage with candidates and clients. The candidate should be highly organized with a keen eye for detail and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Experience with CRM or ATS platforms, such as Salesforce or similar systems, is preferred. A background in healthcare recruitment or staffing, particularly supporting North American clients, is a plus. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Bullhorn will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Recruitment &

- Talent Sourcing:

- Source healthcare and professional candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online databases.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across healthcare and professional services sectors.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Support recruiters with scheduling, documentation, and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Sales &

- Business Development Support

- Research healthcare organizations, clinics, and decision-makers across Canada and the U.S.
- Build targeted lead lists utilizing LinkedIn and online research tools.
- Assist with outbound campaigns, follow-up initiatives, and client outreach efforts.
- Support market mapping and competitive research activities.

CRM &

- Operations





- Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and internal systems.
- Track outreach activities, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Support reporting and recruitment coordination efforts to ensure seamless operations.

Additional Tasks

- Assist in developing strategies to enhance sourcing and outreach effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support other administrative or operational tasks as needed to ensure team success.
