About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This full-time, remote or hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the fast-paced semiconductor and hardware technology industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top engineering talent across various technical domains, including semiconductor design, verification, FPGA, ASIC, and embedded systems. You will play a crucial role in building a robust talent pipeline, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to fulfilling our clients’ specialized hiring needs, supporting their growth and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruiting,



with a preference for those who have specific experience in semiconductor recruiting. A strong understanding of semiconductor industry terminology, engineering roles, and development processes is essential. Candidates should have proven success in sourcing niche technical talent and demonstrate excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills.

Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases is required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains, including design, verification, FPGA, ASIC, VLSI, embedded systems, firmware, hardware, validation, and process engineering.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified semiconductor engineering candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements, role specifications, and project timelines.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, networking platforms, and internal candidate databases to identify potential candidates.




- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within ATS/CRM systems to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term engagement and trust.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies within the semiconductor space to effectively advise clients and candidates.
