About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top talent across various functions. This role requires robust communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, hiring status, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT
- Strong expertise in sourcing and screening candidates.




- Experience working with ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in volume hiring and lateral recruitment.
- Strong networking and talent mapping capabilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
