Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2 – 5 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. The role requires strong knowledge of the US recruitment process, job portals, and excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and clients during US business hours

.Key Responsibilities

- :Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases
- .Screen and evaluate candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- .Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- .Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required timelines
- .Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- .Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process




- .Negotiate compensation packages and ensure candidate onboarding documentation is completed
- .Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- .Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements

.Required Skills

- :6 months –3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing
- .Strong experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder
- .Valuable understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
- .Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- .Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet submission targets
- .Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

.Preferred Skills

- :Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
- .Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment databases

.Education

- :Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
