Role: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment and be capable of managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.





Negotiate offers and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines. Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable candidate-handling and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.

Immediate joiners are preferred/required. Qualification:

Any Bachelor's Degree.

MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
