Position: Recruiter – Non-IT Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience, primarily in Non-IT recruitment, to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, excellent candidate communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

· Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed,and other sources

· Using Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques

· Building and maintaining candidate databases

· Identifying passive candidates through proactive outreach

· Developing talent pools for frequently hired Non-IT positions

· Continuously expanding sourcing channels to improve candidate quality and hiring turnaround time

· Screening resumes and applications

· Conducting initial phone/virtual screening interviews





· Evaluating candidates based on experience, skills, communication, attitude, and overall suitability

· Coordinating interviews with hiring managers

· Managing candidate follow-ups

· Handling offer discussions and negotiations

· Coordinating documentation and joining formalities

· Maintain accurate candidate records

· Ensure all candidates are added to the ATS

· Keep candidate stages and status updated

· Update recruitment trackers and reports

· Maintain proper recruitment documentation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
