Position: Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our hotel team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage room bookings and reservations
- Answer guest queries and provide information about hotel services
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
- Ensure excellent guest service and a positive guest experience

? Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel reception/front office is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance/ Female candidates Preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Customer-service oriented and responsible
