Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily office operations and provide a welcoming environment for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle EPBX system and direct calls appropriately
- Greet visitors and guests, guiding them to the right person
- Manage courier booking and distribution
- Oversee stationery supplies and AMC renewals
- Assist with ticket and hotel bookings
- Ensure proper housekeeping standards
- Support HR Manager with assigned tasks

Requirements:

- Education: Any graduate / Diploma / HSC
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- CTC - 2 to 3 .5LPA
