Receptionist – B.Ed College

National Teachers Training College, a B.Ed. College running for more than 15 years, is looking for a friendly, and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.

Location:

Annie Besant Road, Opposite Patna College, Near Primus Hospital, Patna

Key Responsibilities

- Handle front desk, students, parents, and visitors
- Manage phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Maintain registers and paper-based records
- Provide basic counselling and course-related information
- During admission sessions, may work as an Admission Counsellor, if needed

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and presentable personality
- Ability to handle students and visitors patiently




- Decent work experience preferred
- Knows to handle challenging situations

Working Hours

- 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday
