Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Rebar Detailer with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in building construction projects . The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules, and rebar detailing drawings in accordance with structural drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reinforcement/rebar shop drawings based on structural and architectural drawings.
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement schedules accurately.
- Develop detailed drawings for slabs, beams, columns, footings, walls, staircases, and other structural elements .
- Review structural drawings and identify discrepancies, clashes, and detailing requirements.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, design teams, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure reinforcement detailing complies with approved structural drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes/standards.
- Revise drawings based on engineering comments, site requirements, and design changes.




- Check dimensions, bar sizes, spacing, laps, anchorage, development lengths, and other reinforcement details.
- Coordinate with the site team to clarify rebar detailing and resolve drawing-related issues [remote]
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Rebar Detailer , preferably in building construction projects.
- Strong experience in reinforcement detailing for building structures .
- Hands-on experience in CADS RC and/or RebarCAD is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of reinforcement detailing and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) .
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of construction methods and reinforcement practices.
- Knowledge of relevant structural codes and standards will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
