Key Responsibilities

- Attend and manage walk-in clients at the project site
- Explain project details, pricing, features, and benefits to potential buyers
- Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and references
- Convert inquiries into bookings/sales closures
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
- Assist clients with documentation and booking procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate sales or property sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
- Ability to work on targets and deadlines




- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Any graduate
