Key Responsibilities

- Sales &
- Lead Conversion:

- Manage site visits, pitch properties to prospective buyers/investors, and convert leads into bookings.

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirement profiles for both residential spaces and commercial ventures.

- Client Relationship &

- Negotiation:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients through transparent communication and regular follow-ups.

- Negotiate property deals, pricing terms, and close agreements effectively while maximizing firm margins.

- Market Research &

- Network Building:

- Stay updated on Pune’s real estate market trends, competitive developments, and emerging property hotspots.

- Build and expand a network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to increase lead flow.

- Documentation &

- Operations Support:

- Coordinate with internal administration and legal teams to handle booking documentation, payment schedules, and agreement process requirements.

- Provide weekly and monthly sales reporting to senior management.

Key Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience:



1 to 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential &
- Commercial property experience is essential

).

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Skills:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Local market knowledge of Pune (particularly Baner and surrounding micro-markets).

- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM software and reporting tools.

- Attributes:

- Highly target-driven and goal-oriented.

- Professional demeanor with a strong client-first attitude.

- Ability to work effectively during weekend site visits and client meetings.
