About the Role

We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and communication-oriented Real Estate Sales Intern to support our Sales & Business Development team.

The intern will get hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, real estate sales, site visits, presentations, and business development, while working with a premium luxury design and real estate-focused clientele.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads.
- Research potential clients, developers, real estate projects, and market opportunities.
- Make initial calls and communicate with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and assist in qualifying leads.
- Coordinate and follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and site visits.
- Accompany senior team members for client meetings and site visits when required.
- Assist in preparing company presentations, proposals, quotations, and client information.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's lead and client database/CRM.
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain proper records of communication.
- Assist in developing relationships with real estate developers, property consultants, brokers, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
- Research competitors, market trends, upcoming luxury residential projects, and potential business opportunities.




- Support the team in converting qualified leads into business.
- Assist with networking, exhibitions, events, and other business development activities.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong interest in sales, real estate, luxury brands, and business development.
- Good knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Presentable, professional, and enthusiastic personality.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits when required.
