- Generate current sales leads through cold calls, referrals, and digital campaigns.
- Schedule and guide clients through property site visits.
- Explain project benefits, floor plans, pricing, and payment plans.
- Negotiate prices and terms with buyers to close sales.
- Maintain active client records and daily activity reports in the CRM.
- Coordinate booking paperwork, documentation, and final handover
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident negotiation and client-convincing abilities.
- Target-driven and resilient attitude toward sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent field experience.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
