Role Description The Real Estate Consultant will work full time on-site at TDS Properties in Ahmedabad, supporting clients throughout the property transaction lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and listing suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting property visits, and advising clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. The role involves managing lead inquiries, qualifying prospects, presenting property options, and negotiating deals to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

The consultant will coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal professionals to ensure accurate documentation, compliance,



and timely closing of transactions. Additional tasks include maintaining an up-to-date property database, participating in training sessions, and contributing to business development and client relationship management.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, preferably in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, client conversion, and relationship management.
- Effective Negotiation abilities to handle offers, counteroffers, and agreements in a professional and client-focused manner.
- Experience in Training or mentoring peers on real estate processes, product knowledge, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM tools, and online property listing platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Prior experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, conduct field visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
