ZICA Guwahati is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate & Education Counsellor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling education-related enquiries, counselling students and parents, generating admissions, and supporting real estate sales activities. Freshers with positive communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Education Counselling

- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Explain ZICA courses, fees, career opportunities and admission procedures.
- Understand students' interests and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.

Real Estate Sales

- Handle enquiries from potential property buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Coordinate property visits and client meetings.
- Explain property features, pricing and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Assist in negotiations and closing sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, education or real estate preferred.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
