We’re Hiring | Business Development Analyst – Real Estate Finance

CA Freshers & Finance Professionals | 0–3 Years | Mumbai

Looking to move beyond traditional accounting and audit and build a career that combines Finance, Business Development and Real Estate Finance ?

We’re looking for a Business Development Analyst to join a growing team in the real estate finance space.

This role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, financial modelling, project evaluation, deal structuring, business development and stakeholder management .

What will you get to work on?

You will be involved across various stages of the business and transaction lifecycle, including:

- Identifying and sourcing new real estate financing opportunities
- Evaluating projects from a financial and commercial perspective
- Building financial models and analysing project financials
- Preparing feasibility reports and assessing investment viability
- Supporting deal structuring and financing proposals
- Conducting financial and commercial due diligence
- Working closely with developers, lenders, CAs, brokers and other stakeholders
- Supporting negotiations and transaction closure




- Managing client relationships and monitoring existing portfolios

We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong fundamentals in Finance and Financial Statements

• Good understanding and practical exposure to Balance Sheet preparation and analysis

• Solid hands-on knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent, fluent and well-spoken English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, driven and ownership-oriented approach

Role Details

Location: Mumbai

Work Model: Completely Work From Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1st & 3rd Saturday

Travel: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune

Prior experience in Real Estate is not mandatory.

Important: Candidates should be available to attend the in-office interview process in Mumbai .
