We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our team. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in mobile application development, real-time communication features, and the ability to independently analyze and solve technical problems.

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in React Native development

Experience in developing and maintaining Android and iOS applications

Mandatory Skills

Robust knowledge of React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

Experience with Redux / Context API

Good understanding of REST API integration

Hands-on experience with WebSocket / Socket.IO

Experience in developing Chat / Messaging Modules (one-to-one chat, group chat, notifications, typing indicator, message status, media sharing, etc.)

Knowledge of Push Notifications, Deep Linking, Camera, File Upload, and Permissions

Experience with Git, Android Studio, Xcode, and VS Code

Experience in building release APK/AAB and IPA files

Hands-on experience in deploying and publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Knowledge of Play Console and App Store Connect, including app submission, release management, versioning, and update processes

Knowledge of React Native Flavors / Build Variants and Xcode Schemes

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills





Ability to analyze requirements independently and suggest effective technical solutions

Self-driven candidate who can think independently, take ownership of tasks, and work with minimal supervision

AI Knowledge (Preferred)

Basic knowledge of AI tools and technologies such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar platforms

Candidate should be comfortable using AI tools

Responsibilities

Develop scalable and high-performance mobile applications using React Native

Implement real-time communication features using WebSocket

Build and maintain chat and messaging functionality

Integrate APIs and third-party services

Prepare production builds and manage Play Store and App Store releases

Optimize app performance and fix bugs

Collaborate with design, backend, and QA teams

Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes

Analyze business requirements and independently design suitable technical solutions

Take ownership of assigned modules and proactively identify improvements and optimizations

Troubleshoot complex issues using strong analytical and logical reasoning skills

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
