Lead React Developer – Band 7B

Experience: 8–10 Years

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Extensive experience with Redux/Context API, REST API integration, and component-based architecture.
- Proficient in Git, modern build tools (Webpack/Vite), and unit testing (Jest/React Testing Library).
- Valuable understanding of application performance optimisation, security best practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable, maintainable front-end solutions.




- Strong experience leveraging AI-assisted software engineering tools for code generation, automated code reviews, documentation, testing, refactoring, and developer productivity.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade React applications.
- Define front-end architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Build reusable UI components and integrate with backend services.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct AI Assisted and manual code reviews, mentor developers, resolve technical issues, and drive performance optimisation.
- Participate in effort estimation, technical design, release planning, and production support.

Preferred

- Experience with Next.js, Micro Frontends, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exposure to enterprise digital transformation, legacy application modernisation, and leading distributed development teams.
