We are looking for a passionate and innovative R&D; Chemist to support process development, product optimization, and scale-up activities for pharmaceutical APIs and intermediates.

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Process Development

- Develop synthetic routes for API and pharmaceutical intermediates.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and process optimization studies.
- Improve reaction yield, purity, and process efficiency.
- Identify and resolve process-related issues.

Scale-Up Activities
- Support technology transfer from laboratory to pilot and commercial production.
- Participate in plant trials and scale-up batches.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges during production.

Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare laboratory notebooks, batch records, reports, and SOPs.
- Maintain proper documentation as per GMP requirements.
- Generate development reports and process validation documents.

Analytical Support
- Coordinate with QC and QA departments.
- Review analytical data from HPLC, GC, KF, IR, UV, and related instruments.
- Support impurity profiling and stability studies.

New Product Development
- Conduct literature and patent searches for new APIs and intermediates.
- Assist management in identifying commercially viable products.
- Participate in development of cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Follow laboratory safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and company policies.
- Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely.
