Job Title: Computer Operator & Quotation Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate quotations, estimates, proforma invoices and price offers based on customer requirements.
- Enter and maintain sales, product, customer and quotation data in Excel/software.
- Prepare quotations for sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, faucets, showers, accessories and related products.
- Verify product codes, specifications, quantities, rates, discounts, taxes and total values before sending quotations.
- Coordinate with the sales team, purchase team and suppliers for pricing, product availability and delivery details.
- Maintain records of quotations issued, pending quotations, revised quotations and confirmed orders.
- Make timely revisions to quotations based on customer negotiations or updated prices.
- Follow up on quotations with the sales team/customers when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and sales-related data using MS Excel.
- Maintain proper filing of quotations, invoices, purchase documents and other records.
- Ensure data accuracy,



confidentiality and timely completion of assigned work.
- Support the showroom/team in general computer operations, documentation and administrative activities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and basic computer operations.
- Strong quotation preparation and calculation skills.
- Knowledge of GST, discounts, margins and basic billing concepts.
- Positive typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
- Ability to work with Excel formulas, tables and basic reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Knowledge of sanitaryware, bathroom fittings or building materials will be an advantage.

- Preferred Candidate
- Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in quotation making, computer operations, billing, sales coordination or showroom operations.
- Candidates from sanitaryware, tiles, plumbing, hardware, bathroom fittings or building-material industries will be preferred.
- Should be organized, responsible and capable of handling multiple quotations simultaneously.
