Location: Sikar, Rajasthan (On-Site / Work From Office)

About the Role

We are expanding our algorithmic trading and financial education operations and are looking for a disciplined, analytical, and energetic Quantitative Trading Analyst & Financial Content Creator to join our team in Sikar.

This is a hybrid role combining algorithmic trading, quantitative analysis, funded account management, trading operations, market research, and financial content creation.

You will work with our in-house algorithmic trading software to monitor and execute systematic trading strategies on funded accounts while also creating engaging educational content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Algorithmic Trading & Funded Account Management

- Monitor and manage daily execution of algorithmic and quantitative trading strategies using in-house trading software.
- Operate and monitor funded trading accounts according to predefined risk parameters.
- Follow strict risk management, position sizing, stop-loss, drawdown, and exposure limits.
- Monitor market conditions, trade execution, strategy performance, and account-level risk.
- Maintain accurate trading journals, performance reports, and execution records.
- Conduct basic backtesting, strategy analysis, and performance evaluation.
- Identify execution issues, anomalies, and deviations from predefined trading rules.
- Work with the team to improve systematic trading processes and operational efficiency.

2. Financial Content Creation & Social Media





- Create short-form educational content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Research and develop content around:
- Trading Psychology
- Risk Management
- Algorithmic Trading
- Quantitative Trading Concepts
- Stock Market Basics
- Derivatives & Trading Concepts
- Market Structure
- Trading Discipline
- Present financial concepts in a simple, accurate, and engaging manner.
- Participate in video shoots and confidently communicate on camera.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team on scripts, ideas, and educational campaigns.
- Help build and engage our online trading and financial education community.
- Ensure content remains educational and conceptual, without stock tips, misleading claims, or guaranteed-return statements.

Required / Preferred Skills

- 0–2+ years of experience in stock market trading, derivatives trading, algorithmic trading, quantitative trading, proprietary trading, or trading operations.
- Freshers with strong analytical ability and genuine interest in financial markets are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of technical analysis, quantitative trading, risk management, and financial markets.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, funded accounts, or algorithmic execution is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Basic Python / programming / trading automation knowledge is an advantage.




- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
- Ability to follow predefined trading rules with extreme discipline and consistency.
- Good understanding of risk-reward, drawdown, position sizing, and stop-loss concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational videos.
- Ability to explain financial and quantitative concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
