About Livin Blinds Livin Blinds is a leading manufacturer of premium window blinds, curtain tracks, and motorized shading systems. We are seeking a proactive Quality & Service Process Manager to strengthen product quality, reduce complaints, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Summary Responsible for ensuring consistent product quality across manufacturing, installation, and after-sales service while coordinating with Production, Service, Sales, and Product Development.

Key Responsibilities Quality Management Monitor product quality and daily inspections. Conduct audits and implement CAPA. Maintain quality records and reduce defects.

Service Quality

Management Daily follow-up with Service Coordinator. Review all service complaints and monitor closure. Coordinate with Production and Service teams for timely resolution.

Root Cause

Analysis Conduct 5 Why/Fishbone analysis for recurring issues. Implement permanent corrective and preventive actions.

Customer

Feedback & Site Visits Collect quality feedback from customers, dealers, service, and production teams.



Visit customer sites at least twice every month to understand quality issues firsthand and gather direct customer feedback. Submit improvement reports after every visit.SOP Development Develop SOPs, inspection checklists, and work instructions. Standardize quality processes across departments. Training Train production staff and service technicians whenever required.

New Product

Development Participate in prototype evaluation, testing, and product validation. Cross-functional Coordination Work with Production, Purchase, Sales, Service, and Product Development to improve quality. KPIs Reduction in customer complaints Reduction in repeat complaints Complaint closure time First Pass Yield (FPY) Internal rejection percentage SOP implementation Quality audit score Minimum two customer site visits per month Timely completion of CAPA Quality validation of recent products

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
