Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality & Metrology Applications Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, product demonstrations, and application development across our high-precision industrial measurement, reverse engineering, and traceability product portfolio. You will work closely with manufacturing clients to deliver tailored 2D/3D dimensional measurement solutions that solve complex quality control challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Product Applications & Demonstrations: Perform technical demonstrations and prove-outs for clients utilizing 2D/3D vision and dimensional inspection systems.

System Programming & Calibration: Setup, calibrate, and program inspection routines for Vision Measuring Machines, Profile Projectors, and Automatic Focusing Digital Microscopes.

Reverse Engineering & Measurement: Conduct precision dimensional measurements, component analysis, and reverse engineering tasks using advanced metrology hardware and software.

Traceability Solutions:



Assist in integrating and configuring industrial Laser Marking Machines and Metrology Fixtures for manufacturing lines.

Customer Support & Training: Provide technical training and ongoing post-installation support to clients across diverse industrial sectors.

One-Touch & Amalgam Vision Measuring Machines

Cutting Tool Inspection Machines

Profile Projectors & Automatic Focusing Digital Microscopes

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial quality control, 2D/3D dimensional metrology, or optical measurement systems.

Technical Proficiency

Strong working knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Experience operating optical/vision measuring systems, profile projectors, or microscopes.

Familiarity with reverse engineering workflows and laser marking technology is a strong plus.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent technical communication, and a client-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
