Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Quality Control & Quality Assurance activities.

- Inspect raw materials, in-process production and finished furniture.

- Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

- Monitor quality of CNC, carpentry, polishing, upholstery, assembly and packing processes.

- Identify defects and reduce rejection, rework and wastage.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection checklists, NCR and CAPA records.

- Train and supervise Quality Inspectors.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Design teams for quality improvement.

- Implement and maintain quality systems and SOPs.





Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Quality or related field.

- 5–10 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance.

- Furniture/wooden/modular furniture manufacturing experience preferred.

- Knowledge of SEDEX, ISO 9001, and QC tools.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and technical drawings.

- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
