: We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes within our organization.

The Quality

Manager will ensure that products and processes meet company standards, customer requirements, and applicable quality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).

- Monitor and improve quality control processes.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
- Identify quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and analyze quality reports and performance metrics.
- Work closely with production,



engineering, and other departments to improve product quality.
- Train employees on quality procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and customer complaints.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
