Atmy Analytical Labs Private Limited invites applications from experienced professionals for the position of Quality Manager for development and implementation of our ISO/IEC 17020 Inspection Body and ISO/IEC 17065 Product Certification Body accreditation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and maintain the complete management system as per ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17065 requirements.
- Prepare Quality Manuals, procedures, SOPs, formats, cross-reference matrices and other accreditation documentation.
- Independently coordinate the complete NABCB accreditation process, including application, document review, office assessment, witness assessment, non-conformity closure and subsequent surveillance/reassessment activities.
- Establish and maintain systems relating to impartiality, independence, confidentiality, risk assessment, competence, authorization and monitoring of inspection/certification personnel.
- Develop systems for contract review, inspection planning, technical review, inspection reporting, complaints/appeals, document control, record control, corrective action and management review.
- Establish and control the management system for branch/operational locations and field inspection activities.
- Plan and conduct Internal Audits and Management Review Meetings.
- Develop and maintain competence matrices, personnel authorization records and training/monitoring systems.
- Coordinate with technical personnel for development of inspection procedures and certification schemes.




- Support development of the Product Certification Body system including evaluation, review, certification decision, surveillance, suspension/withdrawal and certification scheme documentation.

Essential Experience Candidates should preferably have hands-on experience working with an ISO/IEC 17020 accredited Inspection Body and/or ISO/IEC 17065 accredited Product Certification Body. Previous experience of successfully handling NABCB initial accreditation, surveillance, reassessment or scope-extension assessment will be strongly preferred.

Preferred Competencies

- Thorough knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17065
- Knowledge of NABCB accreditation requirements and applicable IAF/ILAC/APAC documents
- Robust documentation and technical writing skills
- Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor training preferred
- Ability to independently develop an accreditation system from initial stage to grant of accreditation

• Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in third-party inspection, commodity inspection, coal/minerals, food/agri commodities, industrial products or product certification will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Engineering, Technology or other relevant discipline.

Additional qualifications/training in Quality Management, Inspection, Certification or Auditing will be preferred.
