Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead

Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Solid understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Ability to write transparent and concise documentation for software solutions.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
