As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for learning and assisting in the implementation of quality control processes and procedures within an organization. Responsibilities

- Learn and understand the organization s quality policies, standards, and procedures.

- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control processes, including inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality documentation.

- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as manufacturing, engineering, and procurement, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify the underlying causes of quality non-conformances and develop appropriate solutions.

- Assist in the development and execution of quality audits to assess compliance with internal and external quality requirements.

- Support the development and improvement of quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)



to monitor and track quality performance.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and drive operational excellence.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance to contribute to the improvement of quality systems and processes.

Essential Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to think critically.

- Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey quality-related information.

- Basic understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and quality control methodologies.

- Familiarity with quality tools and techniques, such as root cause analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), is a plus.

- Ability to work in a team environment, adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines.

- Enthusiasm for learning and developing current skills in the field of quality engineering.

- 1 2 Years of relevant Experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
