We are having opening for our MNC client into FMCG Industry Designation : QUALITY ENGINEER - MECHANICAL

Exp . InFMCG Projects

Duration - 3 months of contract and further extendable on our payroll i.e on M.M.K payroll. Job Location: HALDIA , WEST BENGAL

Job Responsibility: -

- Create isometric drawings of piping systems, including valves and equipment.
- Develop weld maps for all piping.
- Conduct welder qualifications in office.
- Collect documentation such as test certificates and manuals for all materials received at the site.
- Prepare all documents in both hard copy and digital formats.
- Perform quality checks on installations.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials, equipment, and work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Document and report any discrepancies or defects found during inspections and tests of all material received at site.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit quality reports.
- Ensure all quality documentation is accurately completed and filed as per project and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.




- Review and approve quality plans submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with site manager, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with the construction team to provide guidance and support on quality-related issues.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality performance and address any concerns.
- Identify potential quality issues and work proactively to prevent them.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related problems, implementing corrective and preventive measures, as necessary.
- Continuously seek ways to improve quality processes and enhance overall project quality.
