Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in fabrication and machining industries. The ideal candidate should possess strong inspection skills, sound knowledge of engineering drawings and quality standards, and hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments. The role involves ensuring product quality through incoming, in-process, and final inspections while maintaining compliance with ISO quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and customer requirements.
- Inspect fabricated components, machined parts, raw materials, and bought-out items to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation accurately.




- Identify and report quality deviations or non-conformities to the Quality Manager and coordinate corrective actions with Production and Purchase teams.
- Ensure all measuring and inspection instruments are calibrated and maintain calibration records.
- Maintain all quality documentation in accordance with ISO Quality Management System requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Suggest and implement improvements in inspection methods and quality processes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
- Execute additional quality-related responsibilities assigned by the Quality Manager or Project Manager.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Hands-on experience in inspection of fabricated and machined components.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Bore Gauge
- Dial Gauge
- Depth Gauge
- Knowledge of inspection documentation and report preparation.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System documentation and compliance.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
