Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Quality Engineer role based in Vadodara, with the flexibility for some work from home.

The Quality

Engineer will oversee quality assurance and control activities across fabrication, manufacturing, and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, client specifications, and internal procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing quality plans, reviewing drawings and technical documents,



performing inspections and tests, monitoring welding and fabrication processes, and documenting nonconformities and corrective actions. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, production teams, and inspection agencies to support audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Quality

Engineer will also contribute to standardization of QA/QC practices, support NDE/NDT coordination, and prepare clear reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong quality assurance and quality control skills, including experience with QA/QC planning, documentation, and implementation in engineering or fabrication environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in inspection and testing, such as visual inspection, dimensional checks, and coordination of NDE/NDT/DT activities according to applicable codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess technical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, welding procedures, and material certifications, and to analyze data to identify trends and issues.
- Candidates should possess process and project support skills, including familiarity with pressure vessels, piping, structural fabrication, and exposure to EPC or industrial project workflows.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear report writing, documentation control, and effective coordination with internal teams, clients, and third-party inspectors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or related field)
