Quality Control Officer

1.Monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped.

1. Ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers. Daily maintenance of certificate of analysis.
2. Driving research and development across all product categories. In collaboration with cross functional teams, research product ideas, determine feasibility, create prototypes, and stabilize formulations for scale up.
3. Carry out full study of and life cycle of the product before you carry it out to the market
4. Development of recent products or discovering new knowledge for improving the effectiveness of existing products.
5. Comply with paperwork of all FSSAI rules and regulations (Reports + Plant)

6. Filling of Form D2
7. Ability to recognize and resolve any sudden issues relating to quality.
8. Maintain cordial relations with all departments and diligently co-ordinate with Customer Relationship Officer with regards to any customer complaints for products.
9. Work closely with QA and Production department.
10.



Work hand in hand with Production department to ensure quality material is produced and delivered.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Dairy technology or Bachelors in B-Tech, Microbiology

EXTRA QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

FOSTAC Training, HACCP and GMP Certifications

LEVEL OF COMPUTER LITERACY REQD

Basic IT familiarity.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (number of years, and type of experience required)

1 to 3 years’ experience

SALARY RANGE being offered (monthly gross, and monthly net in hand)

20,000/- to 30,000/- gross salary (based on experience)

9 hours shift, 6 days working, Week off on any day of the week between Monday to Thursday and will be working on all festivals like – Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi new year, etc
