We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to conduct comprehensive 360° quality checks on educational products before release. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of content accuracy, design quality, curriculum alignment, print readiness, and overall user experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify inconsistencies across content, design, production specifications, and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Content Quality Assurance

- - Verify accuracy of content, answers, examples, facts, and concepts.

- Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, language consistency, and readability.

- Ensure consistency of terminology, instructions, and educational standards.

- Validate answer keys, assessments, activities, and worksheets.

Design &

- Layout Quality Assurance

- - Review page layouts, typography, image placement, and visual hierarchy.

- Ensure consistency in fonts, styles, colour usage, icons, and design elements.

- Verify alignment, spacing, page sequencing, headers, footers, and page numbering.

- Check image quality, resolution, and print suitability.

Curriculum &

- Pedagogical Review

- - Validate curriculum mapping and learning outcomes.

- Ensure age appropriateness and grade-level suitability.

- Verify educational effectiveness of activities, exercises, and assessments.

- Ensure alignment with NEP, NCF, State Board, CBSE, ICSE, or project-specific requirements.

Product &

- Production Quality Assurance

- - Verify product specifications including page count, size, paper specifications, and component count.

- Review print-ready files for technical accuracy.

- Validate packaging,



inserts, stickers, flashcards, manipulatives, and kit components.

- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and project requirements.

Cross-Functional Validation

- - Conduct end-to-end product reviews before final approval.

- Coordinate with Content, Design, Production, Project Management, and Vendor teams to resolve observations.

- Maintain QC reports, error logs, and closure records.

- Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Digital &

- Interactive Content Review

- - Validate QR codes and linked digital resources.

- Check functionality and accuracy of videos, audio files, and digital assets.

- Verify consistency between physical and digital content.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

Educational Qualification

- - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Quality Management, Publishing, Design, or related fields.

Skills

- - Strong proofreading and editing skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong understanding of educational publishing workflows.

- Ability to identify content, design, production, and process-related errors.

- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.

Preferred Experience

- - Experience in educational publishing, curriculum development, textbook publishing, EdTech, or print production.

- Exposure to textbooks, workbooks, activity books, educational kits, charts, flashcards, and learning materials.

- Experience handling final product approvals and print-ready reviews.
