The Role:

As an ERPNext QA Analyst at Akhilam, you'll be the one who makes sure our implementations actually work — end to end, edge case to edge case — before our clients ever touch the system. With 3–5 years behind you, you know how to think like a user, break things like a tester, and communicate findings like a pro. You'll own quality across multiple live projects, working directly with consultants and developers to ship implementations our clients can trust from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Design and execute test cases for ERPNext configurations, customizations, and third-party integrations
- Perform functional testing across modules — verifying workflows, validations, and core business logic
- Run regression testing after every development change or configuration update — nothing slips through
- Document bugs clearly: steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, screenshots,



and severity tagging
- Collaborate with consultants and developers to triage and resolve issues fast
- Participate in UAT sessions with clients and guide them through sign-off confidently
- Build and maintain QA checklists, test plans, and go-live readiness trackers across projects
- Flag process gaps and suggest improvements — you're not just a tester, you're a quality owner

What We're Looking For: Must-Have:

- 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably on ERP Next or Frappe-based implementations
- Robust understanding of ERPNext modules and standard business workflows (Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.)
- Experience writing structured test cases, test plans, and UAT documentation
- Sharp eye for edge cases and a mindset that refuses to let things slip through
- Clear, concise written communication — your bug reports should leave no room for ambiguity
- Comfortable coordinating directly with client stakeholders during UAT and sign-off phases.
- Experience with test automation tools — Playwright, Selenium, or Frappe's built-in testing framework Like Cypress. (Mandatory)

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to API testing via Postman or similar tools
- Understanding of Indian business compliance flows — GST, TDS, multi-GSTIN setups
- Prior experience in an ERP consulting or implementation firm.
