Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining product quality standards across the textile manufacturing process, including inspections of raw materials, in-process checks, and final product evaluations. The specialist will develop and implement quality assurance procedures, document and report non-conformities, and collaborate with production, sourcing, and design teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting internal quality audits,



verifying compliance with relevant manufacturing and regulatory requirements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and training team members on quality protocols. The role also involves analyzing quality data, preparing reports for management, and contributing to process optimization to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality home furnishings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure consistent product standards and process reliability.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to design, implement, and review quality systems and internal controls.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to maintain compliant, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Relevant experience in textile or manufacturing environments, with familiarity in fabric testing, defect analysis, and production workflows.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in documenting procedures, reports, and quality metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and support training on quality standards.
- Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with quality tools and techniques (e.g., root cause analysis, CAPA, statistical sampling) and basic proficiency in office software.
