Our products include mobile applications, web platforms, seller systems, and internal tools designed to simplify spare parts discovery, purchasing, logistics, and marketplace operations.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Manual Application Tester Intern who can help us ensure that every feature works correctly before it reaches our users.

Internship Details

Role: Manual Application Tester Intern (Mobile App & Web)

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Singarayakonda, Andhra Pradesh

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Home + On-Site)

Type: Full-Time Internship

Starting Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Stipend Growth: The starting stipend is ₹5,000 per month and may be increased during the internship based on the candidate's performance, testing quality, consistency, and contribution.

Joining: Immediate

Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.

Full time Opportunity: High-performing candidates may be considered for a full-time QA / Application Tester position at MecSpot. CTC and employment terms will be discussed separately based on performance and skills.

Role Description

As a Manual Application Tester Intern at MecSpot, your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly test our mobile applications and web applications before features are released to users.

You will test complete user journeys, identify functional and UI issues, reproduce bugs, document them clearly, and work directly with developers and the product team until issues are resolved.

We are specifically looking for a Manual Tester . Automation testing experience is not mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manually test MecSpot's mobile apps and web applications.
- Test complete user flows from login and onboarding to checkout, payments, orders, returns,



and account management.
- Perform functional, UI, usability, compatibility, and regression testing.
- Identify bugs, errors, broken flows, and unexpected application behaviour.
- Create clear bug reports with screenshots, screen recordings, reproduction steps, severity, and expected vs. actual results.
- Retest bugs after developers implement fixes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not affect existing functionality.
- Test applications across different mobile devices, screen sizes, browsers, and operating systems.
- Validate forms, buttons, navigation, links, notifications, error messages, and other application interactions.
- Test edge cases and unusual user behaviours instead of testing only the expected flow.
- Verify that designs implemented by developers match approved UI designs.
- Create and maintain test cases, testing checklists, and test reports.
- Communicate bugs and product issues clearly with developers and the product team.
- Participate in release testing before production deployments.
- Suggest improvements when you identify usability problems or confusing user experiences.

Automation testing is not required for this role.

Educational Qualification

Students, fresh graduates, and candidates with practical testing experience are welcome to apply.

Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field will be preferred.

Practical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be given significant importance during the selection process.
