Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full time, on-site role based at the Ludhiana facility. This role oversees all quality assurance activities across the manufacturing process, from incoming raw materials to finished product inspection and dispatch.

The Quality Assurance

Manager will develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, including procedures, work instructions, and audit schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading quality inspections, monitoring process capability,



coordinating testing in the laboratory, managing non-conformances, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves collaborating with production, engineering, and logistics teams, managing customer quality requirements and complaints, preparing quality reports and documentation, and training team members on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in quality management systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing quality processes such as incoming inspection, in-process and final inspection, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
- Proficiency in using quality tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC), measurement system analysis, and problem-solving frameworks (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams).
- Familiarity with precision measurement and testing equipment, such as profile projectors, CNC-related gauges, and laboratory testing (including salt spray and material performance tests).
- Solid understanding of metal components and processes, preferably in hydraulic fittings, cold forging, machining, bending, crimping, and surface coating.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
