About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst / QA Engineer with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of API testing, payment gateway testing, functional testing, and software quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual and automation testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, track, and retest bugs using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
- Perform API testing using Swagger and Postman.
- Test REST APIs, request/response parameters, authentication, status codes, and API integrations.
- Perform payment gateway testing, including Stripe payment flows.
- Test successful, failed, cancelled, refunded, and edge-case payment scenarios.
- Validate payment integration between frontend, backend, APIs, and third-party services.
- Conduct testing across Android, iOS, and web applications.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to resolve defects.




- Participate in release testing and ensure applications meet defined quality standards.
- Prepare test reports and communicate testing status, defects, and risks.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
- Strong understanding of Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Experience testing both Web and Mobile Applications.
- Good knowledge of Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, and Integration Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Postman and Swagger for API testing.
- Experience with payment gateway testing, preferably Stripe.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, authentication, and API responses.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Valuable knowledge of defect life cycle and test case management.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience with mobile testing on real Android/iOS devices and emulators/simulators.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and basic automation pipeline concepts.
- Experience testing applications involving third-party APIs and payment systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.83 per month
