Assistara is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst – US International Travel Process with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality analysis within an international travel process .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in monitoring, auditing, and evaluating customer calls related to US international travel , along with a strong understanding of quality standards, process compliance, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and conduct quality audits of customer calls related to the US international travel process .
- Evaluate calls for process adherence, accuracy, communication, customer handling, and compliance with quality standards.
- Identify gaps in call handling and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Prepare quality scorecards, audit reports, and performance analysis.




- Conduct calibration sessions with Operations and Training teams to ensure consistency in quality evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, internal processes, and established quality benchmarks.
- Identify recurring quality and process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to drive continuous improvement in the travel process.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in an international travel process .
- Relevant experience in US travel process and customer call auditing is mandatory .
- Solid knowledge of quality monitoring, call audits, scoring, and performance evaluation.
- Good understanding of US international travel processes and customer interactions .
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in preparing quality reports and working with quality metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
