Role Description Responsible for Quantity Surveying (QS), client and subcontractor/vendor billing, cost control, and commercial coordination for interior fit-out and civil construction projects. Ensures accurate measurements, timely billing, proper documentation, and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Variation Bills in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
2. Ensure timely submission of bills along with all required supporting documents.
3. Coordinate with clients and consultants for bill verification, certification, and approval.
4. Track submitted, certified, approved, and pending bills and maintain proper billing records.

Conduct joint measurements with clients/consultants and subcontractors.
6. Maintain accurate Measurement Books (MBs), measurement sheets, and supporting records.
7. Coordinate with site engineers to verify work progress, quantities, and measurements.
8. Prepare and maintain material reconciliation statements.
9. Handle subcontractor and vendor billing, including verification of quantities and supporting documents.
10. Assist in cost monitoring, quantity tracking, and commercial coordination throughout the project.
11. Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and other QS-related documents as required.
12. Ensure all billing and commercial activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, BOQs, and contract requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- 4-5 years of experience QS/Billing Work in a recognized organization.
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, billing, and contract procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and measurements.
- Experience in RA billing, final billing, variation billing, and subcontractor/vendor billing.
- Strong understanding of measurement and billing documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in interior fit-out and civil construction projects will be an advantage.
