About the Role:

Quodex Luxurious Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QC Executive to join our factory team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards across the manufacturing process and ensuring that finished products meet approved drawings, specifications and Quodex quality standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming materials for quality, dimensions, finish and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production including cutting, CNC, edge banding, drilling, assembly and finishing.
- Verify manufactured components against approved production drawings, cutlists and specifications.
- Check dimensions, alignment, gaps, grooves, edge banding, hardware fittings and overall workmanship.
- Inspect finishes including laminate, veneer, acrylic, PU and other surface finishes for defects and colour/finish consistency.
- Conduct functional checks of drawers, hinges, channels, lift-up systems, handles and other hardware.
- Identify defects and coordinate with the Production team for necessary corrections and rework.
- Conduct final inspection and approve products before packing and dispatch.
- Maintain QC checklists, inspection reports, rejection/rework records and other quality documentation.
- Track recurring quality issues and highlight areas requiring corrective and preventive action.
- Ensure proper labelling, packing and protection of finished products before dispatch.
- Coordinate with Design,



Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Furniture Technology, Mechanical, Production, Interior Design or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in QC/quality inspection, preferably in modular furniture or furniture manufacturing.
- Good understanding of modular furniture manufacturing processes, materials, hardware and finishes.
- Ability to read and understand production drawings and cutlists.
- Robust knowledge of measurements, dimensions and tolerances.
- Hands-on experience with measuring and inspection tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable working on the factory floor and coordinating with production teams.
