We are looking for a Test Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance to join our QA team in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of software testing processes, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and testing procedures.
- Prepare test plans by understanding requirements, use cases, and project risks.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and other relevant testing activities.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues, investigate root causes, and support debugging.
- Manage testing activities for assigned projects from planning through final delivery.
- Monitor and report test coverage, defect status, testing progress, risks, and overall product quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and tools.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of test harnesses and testing utilities.
- Collaborate with development and other cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
- Work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of assigned testing activities.
- Provide knowledge sharing and training to team members when required.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing and QA processes.




- Hands-on experience with at least one Test Management and Defect Management tool.
- Good understanding of manual testing methodologies.
- Understanding of practical networking concepts.
- Experience testing networking products will be an added advantage.
- Practical knowledge of LAMP technologies – Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Educational Qualifications
