Role: QA Manager – Functional Testing (Capital Markets)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10-15 years

We are looking for a QA Manager with 10–15 years of overall experience, including 8+ years of hands-on Functional/Manual Testing experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving QA strategy while remaining technically hands-on, including reviewing automation/code, SQL queries, and APIs as part of the delivery lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

- 10–15 years of total IT experience with 8+ years in Functional/Manual Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing.
- Robust SQL skills for backend data validation.
- Experience with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
- Hands-on API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
- Ability to review technical solutions, automation scripts,



and code as part of QA governance.

Mandatory Domain Expertise – Capital Markets: Candidates must have hands-on experience in Capital Markets projects with exposure to one or more of the following:

- Investment Banking

- Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
- Securities Trading
- Equities
- Fixed Income
- Derivatives

- Position Management

- Cash & Securities Settlement
- Market Data
- Pricing & Valuation
- P&L;
- Risk Management (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk)
