Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for Web, Desktop (Windows), and Mobile applications.
- Build, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks to improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and maintainability.
- Develop automation solutions using C, C#, and .NET frameworks, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience.
- Work with automation tools and libraries such as Selenium, Appium, WinAppDriver, FlaUI, CodedUI, or equivalent technologies.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar automation platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation is aligned with product requirements and quality standards.
- Create, manage, and track test cases, test execution, and defects using Windchill, JAMA, or similar Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and test management tools.
- Analyze test execution results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks, coding standards, and testing processes to enhance overall product quality.




- Evaluate and validate outputs generated by Generative AI tools and leverage AI/ML technologies to improve software testing efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and automation strategy planning to drive best practices across the QA organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing using C, C#, and .NET.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, WinAppDriver, FlaUI, CodedUI, or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience automating Web, Desktop (Windows), and Mobile applications.
- Valuable understanding of object-oriented programming, automation framework design, and software testing methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD implementation using Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Windchill, JAMA, or other test management/ALM tools.
- Exposure to Generative AI, AI-assisted testing tools, and AI/ML concepts for test automation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
