Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end testing of features on mobile app and website.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, reproduce, and report defects found during testing, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Possess a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, pre- and post-release.
- Be a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual, taking ownership of quality and seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Engage actively in root cause analysis, defect reporting, and triaging, working to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of the software.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure that testing is aligned with project requirements
- Actively engage in root cause analysis, defect reporting and triaging.
- Participating in the planning and estimation of testing efforts

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in software testing of both Web and Mobile Applications.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies
- Experience with Test case management and bug-tracking tools
- Hands-on experience working with tools like Postman, Charles, Jira, Testrail
- Must have good understanding of UI and API protocols, and how the World Wide Web functions,



including sessions, cookies and browsers.
- Experience developing high-quality test strategies and test plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think creatively to solve complex issues.
- Previous experience working with SQL, ETL, Security, and Performance testing is a plus
