Job Title: QA Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers and product managers to enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

● Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.

● Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.

● Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

● Design and implement automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.

● Participate in sprint planning and provide QA estimates.

● Ensure compliance with industry best practices and quality standards.

● Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.

● Robust understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

● Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Robotium or similar.

● Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript (for test automation).

● Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman.

● Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.

● Experience with CPaaS or CCaaS quality assurance is a plus.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket (Git)

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

● Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.

● Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

● Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
