We build and work across multiple applications, platforms, AI solutions, and business workflows. We are looking for a QA Analyst who is curious, fast, detail-oriented, and enjoys understanding how products work.

About the Role

As a QA Analyst at Quantum Global Technologies, you will work closely with our development and product teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Whenever developers push new features, changes, or fixes, you will be responsible for testing the changes, identifying issues, providing clear feedback, and working with developers to get them resolved.

You will also need to understand our applications deeply enough to test them independently, identify edge cases, and think beyond predefined test scenarios.

This is a fast-moving role where speed, ownership, product understanding, and attention to detail are extremely important.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand our applications, features, workflows, and user journeys.
- Work closely with developers throughout the development and release cycle.
- Test new builds whenever developers push new features, changes, or fixes.
- Validate new functionality and ensure existing functionality continues to work.
- Perform end-to-end functional and regression testing.
- Explore applications from a real user's perspective and identify unexpected behaviour.
- Identify bugs, edge cases, workflow issues, validation issues, UI issues, and other product problems.
- Reproduce issues and document them clearly with steps, expected behaviour, actual behaviour, screenshots, or videos.




- Log and manage bugs using Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
- Provide clear and timely feedback to developers and product teams.
- Work directly with developers to understand, reproduce, and resolve issues.
- Retest fixes and verify that issues have been properly resolved.
- Perform regression testing after releases and major changes.
- Maintain test scenarios, checklists, and documentation for the applications.
- Prioritise issues based on severity and impact on users.
- Take ownership of the quality of the products being tested.
- Continuously improve the QA process and identify ways to make testing faster and more effective.

Technical Requirements
- Basic understanding of software development and web applications.
- Experience working with claude code and ability to understand code at a basic level.
- Familiarity with development environments, Git, or code repositories is a plus.
- Familiarity with browser Developer Tools is preferred.
- Basic SQL/database knowledge is a plus.




- Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools is preferred.

- Clearly communicate issues and provide useful feedback to developers.
- Verify fixes quickly and perform regression testing.
- Understand enough of the underlying technology/code to communicate effectively with the development team.
- Take ownership of the quality of the products you are responsible for.
