About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience in Golang and/or Python , hands-on expertise in React.js , and a good understanding of AI/Generative AI technologies .

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to build AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Golang and/or Python .
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js .
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features into applications.
- Work with AI/ML teams to integrate machine learning models and AI services into products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across frontend and backend layers.
- Work with databases and design efficient data access patterns.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other technical teams in an Agile development environment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, particularly AI and Generative AI ,



and identify opportunities to incorporate them into applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of skilled software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang and/or Python .
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js .
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend service development .
- Valuable knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar .
- Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI is mandatory.
- Understanding of integrating AI models, APIs, or AI-powered services into applications.
- Good understanding of Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience building AI-powered applications or features.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or prompt engineering .
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure .
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
