Senior Python Developer / Python Lead / Python VP (GenAI)

Location: Chennai / Pune

We are looking for highly skilled Python professionals to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications and next-generation AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, GenAI technologies, distributed systems, and modern DevOps practices.

The role involves developing high-performance applications, driving technical excellence, contributing to architecture decisions, and building innovative AI-driven solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications using FastAPI, Django REST Framework, and Flask.
- Build enterprise-grade Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Design and develop RESTful and gRPC APIs with OAuth2 and JWT-based security.
- Architect cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and OpenShift.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Apply software design principles including OOP, Functional Programming, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and scalable system architecture patterns.
- Implement observability and performance monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and distributed tracing frameworks.
- Follow secure coding practices and implement OWASP-compliant solutions.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum/Kanban development processes.
- Conduct code reviews, mentoring, technical discussions, and architectural reviews.

AI / GenAI Responsibilities

- Design and develop GenAI applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Develop intelligent chatbots, AI assistants, and multi-agent systems.
- Work with LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Integrate and utilize GPT, Gemini, Claude, and other LLMs for enterprise use cases.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone and pgvector.
- Apply AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-Learn.
- Leverage AI development tools including GitHub Copilot, Devin, Windsurf, and Antigravity to improve productivity and solution quality.

Required Skills

- 7-18 years of software development experience with strong Python expertise.
- Expert knowledge of Python 3.x, AsyncIO, Concurrency, and Parallel Processing.
